Returns
As our items are fresh perishables, return options are not available
i) All seafood listed are subject to availability & freshness at the ports and markets on the day of delivery. We will inform you as soon as possible when your item is not available. Items that are not delivered will be credited back to you within 1-3 working days via original payment method.
Otherwise you may also exchange the unavailable item to another product
Exchange to lower value item - Refunds will be made
Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required
ii) We perform stringent quality control checks everyday on our fresh produce. Products that do not meet our expectations will be rejected and will not be sold to you. We will informyou as soon as possible should this happen to your order and we will apply the refunds & exchange terms as stated in (i).
iii) In the unfortunate event that you received your items in unsatisfactory conditions, please reach out to our customer service team at +65 8894 9337 or sales@seaking.sg. We aim to reply within 24 hours of notification and then proceed with the refund via original payment method within 1-3 working days. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. |
